Who we share data with
With the lawyer admitted to the Spanish bar who reviews and signs your claim, with the financial institution against which the claim is made (only what the claim requires) and with providers acting as processors under contract: hosting (PENDIENTE: proveedor de alojamiento (UE)), WhatsApp messaging (Meta Platforms Ireland), email delivery and telephony. We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to privacidad@usuralia.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Automated decisions
We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to read and organise agreements. No decision with legal effects on you is taken without human review: a lawyer admitted to the Spanish bar reviews every claim before it is filed.
This is a translation for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
